Be sure to enter your username by itself-- no @aug.com or .ppp at the end. Also, it's best to avoid the use of your browser's 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons while logged into this system, since all pages change with the state of your mailbox. Instead, use the buttons contained within the pages themselves-- e.g. 'Contents' to return to the subject listing after viewing a message. If you see errors like 'Data Missing', this would be the problem... This system is not capable of accessing any mail which has already been transferred from Auglink's mail server to your own computer (downloaded by a program like Eudora). Only messages still on the server will show up; they will be kept in your box for later reading (or downloading to your home PC) until/unless you explicitly click on 'Delete'. Note: In order to protect our customers' privacy, we cannot safely divulge user passwords by email. If you've forgotten your password, please call our office at (904) 824-1660 during business hours, and ask for Customer Service or Tech Support.If you see the message Server Error: "-ERR Bad login " when trying to log in, this almost always indicates that the wrong password is being used.
